Scientific Name: Hoya Kerrii
Common Names: Sweetheart Plant, Hoya Heart, Valentine Hoya
Care Instructions
Light: Place in a spot with bright, indirect sunlight. Avoid harsh, direct sunlight.
Water: Water moderately, allowing the top inch of soil to dry out between waterings. Reduce watering frequency during the winter months.
Soil: Well-draining potting mix that allows excess water to escape.
Humidity: Tolerant of average humidity levels, but appreciates a slight boost in humidity, especially in drier climates.
Temperature: Thrives in normal room temperatures, avoiding sudden temperature drops.
Fertilizer: The single leaf cutting does not really need feeding, so twice a year is sufficient. For a larger, vining plant, feed with a balanced liquid fertilizer once a month during the growing season (spring and summer).
Pet Information: Non-toxic to pets.
